QUESTIONS:
For questions about sizes, chain sizes, etc please send a message in the information section on the "Contact" page. Please enter the name of the piece of interest and your questions.
Laura Wandry Jewelry Design produces each piece by hand when receiving your order. Depending on the design and numbers of orders waiting in the workshop, the delivery can take between 3-8 weeks.

RING SIZES: If a piece does not fit, I will resize it to fit perfectly. A small cost will be added if the size provided by the customer doesn't fit.
Jewelery stores keep ring sizers and will size your finger free of charge, or using a ring that fits the finger you intend to wear your ring on, measure the INNER diameter of your ring in millimetres or inches using a ruler. The measured total number of millimetres or inches is your size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure that your jewelry gives you pleasure for many years, it is important to take care of it. Polish with a polishing cloth after and before each use to retain your jewelry's appearance and shine. Remove your jewellery when swimming, showering, washing dishes, etc.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your Laura Wandry piece of jewelry, you may exchange it for another piece of jewelry. If the new piece you choose is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference, and visa versa.
Custom pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable, I will work to make the piece fit better or perfect for the customer.
